It was St. Patrick's Day. We were well-stocked on Guinness, Smithwick's, Green Cupcakes, and Lucky Charms Cereal. A DVD copy of Darby O'Gill and the Little People sat at the ready for our viewing pleasure. Things couldn't get any better... or so we thought.Suddenly a friend of ours arrives and informs us how easy it was for her to remember our room number because it's the
"St. Patrick's Day Room."
"Sure, we've got a bunch of glittery shamrocks on the door, it's pretty hard to miss, but what's that got to do with the room number?" we ask.
Then it hits us. We're room 317. As in 3-17. As in the date of St. Patrick's Day! Clearly it's fate. :-)
